Chain ID?

Picked up a chain at the used shop yesterday that was extremely light...but have never seen anything like it before. 108 links, hope it will work for me. I was hoping someone might be able to help with an ID. The links have two lightening holes in the outside plates and each one has a "C" around it, something like this:

I forgot to send myself the pic I took last night to post, grrr, but maybe this will be enough for someone.

Ideas?

What is the width? Looks like a modern Campy chain to me from your super realistic drawing

I'm a polisher, not an artist.

It appears to be a narrower chain...I didn't measure, should have but we ended up with company last night until 11:30p and I didn't get all the bike stuff done I had planned to

I thought Campy too, just because of the "C"s.

Better artist than I am.

Here's a picture I found of the chain on one of my bikes:

I spotted a scribble frighteningly close to that at a public restroom recently

keith, It could also be a 9 speed chain, looks the same. The only way to tell is to measure it.

True, either way it won't work for my application (5 speed).

So, I got a nice light chain on the cheap...maybe eBay

Is it new or used? I may be interested depending on width and elongation.

Ahem...this is as a good a time as any I guess. I can't take credit for the poem, just the photography.
