For that matter, in the grand scheme of life, this entire thread is a joke. Take it all with a grain of salt, I say.

I only watched about 40 seconds myself but they were 40 good seconds. I enjoyed them. Can't imagine the rest of the video would have improved upon those first 40 seconds.
Kurt, I used to go sailing late at night and there was a flock of coots in my marina trying to sleep. I couldn't help but harass them. One of them was deaf and wouldn't wake up till I was right on top of him. Poor thing.
Then there were the Radio Shack Zip Zap car I had back when we got kittens. after about a month I had to get the performance upgrade kit cause the cats were pretty adept at catching it. Then the innards got all clogged up with cat hair.
Ok, I have to go adjust my short fenders now.

I think you're being a bit puritanical on this one. I saw a couple girls having fun and showing off. Probably film students...or friendly with film students. I assure you that's not what sex starved frat guys are watching. As far as the film standards, I'm no expert but it looked like an amateur youtube video to me...similar in production quality to countless other amateur youtube videos.
I tried listening again with the sound off, the song that popped into my head was "Legs" by ZZTop....

i saw this video on bsnyc. i've been following the bsnyc blog half-heartedly since i'd learned of his book deal. Every time a talentless hack gets a book deal, i feel a need to investigate it. As a no-talent hack, I'd like to get a book deal, too. Show me how, Snob!
Bsnyc is fairly funny, in ways he intends, but the funniest thing is watching him project his insecurities on other hipsters. Whatever, he is pretty funny, and today's description on 'bent riders was the second funniest thing in the post.
The funniest thing, though, was the "bike snob" video on youtube, coincidentally(?) found also at the fore of this thread. Y'all have to admit, it's funny, it's creative,& the lyrics are amusing and remain on topic. I cannot comment on any opinions relating to the video's "lewdness"; i'm trying my darnedest to be sensitive and polite. Now, i'm off to start a thread on the benefits of wearing a cilice and a chastity belt whilst commuting.

Edit: Oh, NM, bents comment only in passing, not a "feature article".

I started to watch it on my break at work where I have access to high-speed internet, but then It made me feel like a dirty old man, so I turned it off lest I create an unhospitibal workplace environment. Now that I'm thinking about it I still feel like a dirty old man, but is 43 really that old? Perhaps I'm just a dirty middle-aged man.

You know, I've never been attracted to the hipster females in general. Just not my type I guess. But in Denton, Tx there was one girl who rode a bicycle everywhere and worked at a pizza shop downtown. I'd see her at the bar every now and again as well. And she had the best looking legs in the whole town. Just don't tell my wife
That is all.

That is all.

I'm not either, but there was this one girl that wheeled her Ciocc into the downtown Stumptown and I was immediately
.
I'm not sure if it was more the girl or the bike, tho.

My wife has caught me staring at young women on bikes as we drive by. She busts me out too, ..."You were looking at the bike weren't you" cracks us both up because it's true.

My wife often says I never see you looking at other women, just other bikes. We were riding together once and there was this amazing steel spectrum with a complete shiny C-record group on it. I was in love and clearly staring. Apparently the bike's rider was drop dead gorgeous (says the wife) but I was busy looking at the bike's curves and didn't really notice the rider.

Aaron, I guess that could make your wife feel secure. Then again, she should fear that you'd leave her for another bike, like N+1.
You old coots, since you don't tend to finish this video, I'm going to make up for your slacking and watch it again for you.

I'm torn between liking the girls getting off on vintage ladies bikes and hating rap, especially that awful song/rap whatever.
As for women cyclists, I definetly like riding behind one of them instead of some smelly old vintage dude who forgot to take a shower that morning.

The video wasn't bad. I liked it, in a nonsexist, noncreepy way.
But they seriously ought to look into ditching their Chicago rides for some good Nottingham steel and chrome. Just sayin'.

Musically, I thought it was done better than the LHC particle physics-rap song that came out a couple years ago.
