Bikes: 1988 Schwinn Circuit. Bike-Boom-Puegeot. First "real bike" Trek 720 Hybrid in gross disrepair.

I was downright shocked the guy's location was not Portland, Oregon.

I present the jury

Maybe I'll send this pic to all the CL bike sellers who don't know what to call things on their bikes. No more "steering wheel" or "peddels".

Bikes: 1940s Fothergill, 1959 Allegro Special, 1963? Claud Butler Olympic Sprint, Lambert 'Clubman', 1974 Fuji "the Ace", 1976 Holdsworth 650b conversion rando bike, 1983 Trek 720 tourer, 1984 Counterpoint Opus II, 1993 Basso Gap, 2010 Downtube 8h, and...

It's really quite pretty. Nice design. I give it a big thumbs up.

And I like the idea of putting it on Tshirts. Now, I can whip up something equivalent in CorelDraw, no problem; and there are others here who could do same in AI or whatever. I'm not sure I can make it as pretty, though, and I'm not sure I want to steal this guy's idea.

Still... $30 for a poster, well, I don't like it that much.

It's technically a screen print. $30 for a quality screen print is about standard. Looks like a nice print, too.

Yeah, they take out some of the words and for some reason charge you more for it.

He provided the pdf in an earlier posting. I don't think he would mind if you made a shirt for yourself, or a small run at cost.

For further study, you download the PDF, and print it as large as possible, sharing knowledge of the names of bicycle parts with all who look. Ride…ride…ride, it’s calling to you with a chainring, cranks, spokes and a saddle.

Now you're heading back into copyright issues.

He looks to be a small Screen printer. He should do shirts and make a nice penny on the side. Of course, it's probably not his area, fabrics and all, but he could easily farm it out to one of his commercial contacts.
This is a screen print on quality paper stock. Essentially it is an art print. High quality art renderings have often been done with screen print tech. works well for certain types of art. The one with metallic "Schwinn Blue" ink looks like a winner. That is more along the lines of what this is best for. Some sort of background creativity, handmade paper etc may be a better touch along with the interesting inks, or even a nice multi color ink fade that only screen printing os capable of.

$30 sounds good. Heck, a good art "Lithograph" poster (regular old boring printing methods) is often in that same range and is hardly as nice.
