yeah i think it just need cable adjustment but not sure yet. It does look new had a tune up 10 yrs ago and set since. he only rode it a few times when he lived in Chicago he bought it used for 55 and put close to 100 in it. i like it though just need to get working on it. also needs the foam on the bars is cracked but not bad enough to bother me yet

Hell No......I started with an '85 Fuji 'Palisades I got at a yard sale for $35. It didnt even look as good as yours but I put 1600 miles on it in six months. Loved that bike too, eventhough I was a complete "Fred". Stick to these boards and we'll help you along.
