I have started riding with a group that does long rides, and I'm in the middle of the pack. But I'd much rather keep it to about 15mph and look at stuff.

Buzz Lightyear for racing and faast rides. As aluminum and horrificly hydroformed as it is, it is very comfortable. Stiff... but still comfortable. My CV is for campus, casual, and errands. Trying to find an RB1 for training and long rides. Also trying to find a vintage track bike for the velodrome. Sorry, I guess I'm a fairweather CVer

My '91 Bottechia is the newest bike I own. I usually ride between 50-100 miles a week, split up between the Bottechia, my '84 LeTour and my '81 WorldSport.
There's a group ride that does about 35 miles averaging 15 mph that starts near my house, I've been thinking about checking it out. Apparently its a big mix of older experienced riders and novices--sounds like it could be fun.

All my miles (100 - 150 per week) have been on vintage steel (1987 was the newest) until the past couple of weeks when I got a "new" bike. It's really a blend of old and new(ish). Truly new bike riders would consider it old being a 2001 model and it still has a lugged steel frame, so I don't know if I've left the C&V camp or not.
