The 80's Weigle complete bikes I've seen sell - they do come up for sale - with good components have sold in the $1500-2500 range. That's a broad range, but it's a ballpark, assuming it isn't 61cm seat tube and 54 cm top tube. There, I played ball. Without pics.

Thanks guys. I went ahead and passed on this one. It looked to fit based on the numbers but it was going to be shipped from overseas and I would like to be able to ride it before plunking down that kind of money. Thanks for the ranges, I wasn't trying to get anyone to pin any numbers down, rather, just trying to get a general idea. All my vintage bikes have been CL finds or trading with other local collectors. I have put down plenty of dollars on modern, cough, carbon bikes but haven't done the same for any of my steelies. I wasn't trying to be a troll just trying to get a sense of ranges. Cheers.

Unrelated but related - I passed on a Rock Lobster locally, after speaking to the owner, I knew it was not going to be worth my time looking into it. It was A: too small, and B: a custom build. I guess B may have outranked A there, but I couldnt put that kind of money at a bike, without proper sizing for ME.
