Not usually, the Pennines normally stop most of it and Lancashire and Derbyshire Peaks get most of it.

Tho two and three years ago we had loads but they were exceptional years.


In the 80s/early 90s we used to get loads but then that stopped and it didnt snow much.

and a new park (Klyde Warren Park) that opened recently over a main downtown freeway.

Belated congratulations! I hope all is going well. In the few pictures that I have seen of you, i'd have to say I see a major resemblance.

We have been about 15 degrees colder than normal and think it was a balmy -13C on Saturday when I took the pictures and it dropped down below -20C on Saturday night... it is looking like we are moving back toward a seasonal norm where the daytime temps will be just above freezing.

On those badass tyres - they can be run between 8 and 30 psi although I cannot see why anyone would brick them at 30 psi... am running mine at 11-12 psi which is what I run on singletrack and the river side which is gravel, rocks, mud, and sand.
