Vintgae Cannondale help!

This is going to be a tough one. I came across a nameless(no model name) Cannodale thats grey with pink lettering. It just has Cannodale on the frame tube coming from the neck to the BB. Anyone ever seen anything like this. Why wouldn't they put a model on it? Pics to come soon!

I've seen several grey with pink lettering C-Dales pictured here. IIRC they were all mid to late 1980s road bikes, so they would be SR or R models. Begin looking in the catalogs, and if it were me, I'd start in '86 or '87. Generally, the grade of the components delineated C-Dale models. Better groups gave the particular model higher numbers.

I just acquired an '85 C'dale SR300 that I identified with both a model decal on the right chainstay and confirmed by the serial number. Vintagecannondale.com has a great explanation to help ID the frame through the SN. https://www.vintagecannondale.com/info.html
