Need help identifying this Cannondale frame

Hi,
I got this late model 56cm Cannondale frame from my local bike CoOp and would like to get it on the road; first I'd like to know what the heck it is so I can get the right parts. As you can see from the pics, there is no name like CAAD or Synapse on the top tube, only a big number 1. Near the bottom of the seat tube is a circle and below that it says "optimo" with no number after it. The decals only says Cannondale. Can someone give me a definitive identity? By the way, I already know it is a late model frame because the C logo on the head tube is the latest the company is using. Much thanks.

Looks like you've got yourself a 2008 Road Warrior 1
