24" wheel... but what kind?!

I have a tubular 24" wheel with vintage Mavic hubs (circa mid/late 80's), bladed, radially laced spokes and has a Clement Criterium 24 (Sevizio Corse) tire. Everything is accounted for except the wheel. Can anyone identify this brand (picture attached)?

Obvious label is obvious. Lol.

Well, kinda, I guess. I mean, I searched for NISP, NISF, NISK, "Moncalier". I guess I forgot the obvious NISI combo. Ah well. It's only one small slice of humble pie I have to eat on the board, in anonymous-land. At least I don't have to look you in the eye and ask
