Drew is at it again...

This is taking Drewing to an entirely new level:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-CAMP...rs-/2509304522

Why take the time to Dremel off those pesky gear lever bosses when two quick swipes with a Sawzall does the trick?

I cant see it, is it down?
Often on ebay.fr there are rear hubs for sale with freewheels still attached.

I think this is the auction here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-CAMP...-/250930452268

^ That's it. I don't know why the link says the auction is closed since it's still up.

BTW, how does one go about snagging a pic off an Ebay auction and posting it here? It would make things simpler than posting a link that doesn't seem to work

My favorite one of all time was the doofus that cut a frame so he could sell the crankset without removing it. Unfortunately, he was not too handy with the saw, so he also put some big cuts into the crank itself.

I wish I would have saved that picture. Priceless.

DD, I'll PM you the method. I agree, it's a pain with auctions.

In this case it appears that the seller ended the auction and relisted it or something like that.

I saw a bottom bracket version of that a few days ago at ebay. I think it could be the same guy. It was from a white frame too, so must be the same bike.....
A bicycle "chop shop" he must be running!

Kind of makes sense if the frame was damaged, at least you get the braze ons if you need them.

That's been adapted. No longer a bike part. That's a testicle attenuator.

edit: just as I suspected. Don't bid on it. It's missing the two electrodes.
