Convert Huret hanger to Campagnolo?

I recall a fairly recent thread--it may have been on the For Sale thread--in which someone posted a photo of a tabbed/notched washer that was supposedly designed to allow a Campy-type rear derailleur to fit a Huret rear dropout. I haven't been able to find the thread again. Is there such a conversion piece? How well do they work? Might it be possible to fabricate one? (Here's where the photo would help.) Or is there maybe a source of these parts out there somewhere? I'm trying to help out a friend who has an older Motobecane frame with a Huret-style hanger.

I remember that thread too. One of the spam mirrors still had a copy of the thread, and photos.

Tugrul, you will be hearing from my lawyer momentarily in regard to your unauthorized use of my photo.

There are two types of those adapters. One sets the derailleur in a fixed position (see above photo) and the other has a B-screw. I recently sold the one above and I still have one with B-screw. It's a rare piece, though, so I wouldn't sell it for cheap.

Here is the thread Michael Angelo created to show photos of the version with the B-screw.

Justin, thanks for the link and for the info you sent in the separate PM. As I interpret it, the B-screw-less adapter just fits over the derailleur mounting bolt, as if it were a washer between the hanger and the derailleur itself, yes? The spring tension of the derailleur then rotates it so that the tab bears against the hanger in such a way that the Campy-type stop is positioned in the right place? I shouldn't think it would be all that hard to fashion such an adapter from some sort of flat stock with a small grinder and some files. Maybe I'll have a whack at it.
Not sure about the one with the B-screw is. Is its purpose to provide adjustment in the case of a derailleur that lacks its own B-screw? It appears to me that an integral derailleur-mounted B-screw would work properly in conjunction with the screwless adapter, if that makes sense.
Anyway, thanks again.

Or you can do this...

Braze on some brass, fill down to the desired shape. Powdercoat and procede to install non huret derailleur.
