Need help ID'ing this Raleigh...
On the C/L advertised as a 1974' "Sports". Looks like a Sprite to me based on the Raleigh catalog.
Did Raleigh make a 10 speed "Sport" model? All I've seen are Sturmey Archer 3 spd's hub on em'.
Maybe it's a different year "Sprite Sport", that I see in a later year catalog.
Seller has yet to respond to my questions on it and request for better pics (I can't go and physically see it due to my current distance).
One last thing...can a 5' 9" guy deal w/ a 23" bike, or is it too big? I'm waiting on stand-over and top tube dimensions too.

Max, your guess of the Sprite is most likely correct. 27" wheels.
I'm 5-10 and a 23" is my limit, probably too large for you, unless you convert it to a smaller wheel size.
It may not be the best candidate for conversion.

Thanks Dave. Yeah, I'm w/you on size. I'm hoping that the seller may have measured it from the bottom of the BB. I've asked for center to the top of the seat tube to confirm. That and my 5' 7"-5" 8" son, who is local to the bike, can test drive it and I'll have a better idea on size and condition.
