Raleigh identification.... not a mixte...
Found this on my local CL and it looks like it matches my Raleigh Gran Sport.
I called the owner but he was not with the bike and could not help me, So, I turn to the collective knowledge here at BF for the answers . If any one can give some identification I would appreciate it.

In this case, you should post the photo upside down, and despite the photo title, IT IS NOT A MIXTE.
Given the cottered cranks and rubber pedals, it is unlikely to be a Gran Sport.
