80s Eddy Merckx track frame
I was not sure if this belongs in here or over in the track forums. I recently purchased an Eddy Maerckx track frame and from what I have read up on the serial number system, I got a professional model made in 86/87 (A-6567-A). I know that I can put whatever parts I want on the frame, but what would the original group set on this been?

Thanks Drillium. Was the Suntour group set also on option or was that late on? Also, where would be the best source for finding out the threading sizes and types for the bottom bracket and headset?
