Looks quite a bit like my 68 Sports.
edit. Appears to say Superbe on the downtube.

I do not fancy myself to be a Raleigh expert but my guess would be Sport also.

Though much of the componentry suggests Superbe, the brake levers do not. Any Superbe I have run across had the self adjusting brakes fitted...

However, an older Superbe might not have been issued with the self adjusting levers...

Again, I am no expert when it comes to Raleigh bicycles.

Bikes: Giant Excursion, Raleigh Sports, Raleigh R.S.W. Compact, Motobecane? and about 20 more! OMG
Superbe it has a fork lock.
@randyjawa self adjusting brakes did not show up until 1973.
Is that a drum brake or dyno hub in the rear?

Yeah, that downtube decal is kind of a giveaway. Read more here;

The Superbe is just a Sport with all the fixins. Great bike either way.
