Advice on Porteur rack hardware

Advice on Porteur rack hardware

I recently got a used VO front Porteur rack and need a hardware list where it attaches to the fork eyelet. I need spacers and bolts, I plan on going to Home Depot but Im not sure what to look for.

You want some aluminum spacers and some long-ish 5mm threaded bolts (and nuts if eyelets are unthreaded):



The spacers will keep the rack tangs away from the fork blades. If your eyelets are threaded, they are most likely 5mm, so you will need 5mm bolts that are long enough to thread all the way through the eyelet through the rack tang and spacer. If the eyelets are unthreaded, the bolts need to be a little longer so you can thread a nut from behind. I get all my spacers and bolts from the bulk fastener section of my local Ace hardware store. Not sure if Home Depot carries spacers.

I used one of the unused pre-drilled holes on the rack tang to attach the fender stay:
