Fork crown ID?

I picked up this fork today and a swap meet today since it reminded me of the fork on my Hetchins. Its really nice for a older fork and I was wondering if anyone had thoughts on what it could have came of off?

Falcon used something similar, but the rake looks like a track fork.

Looks to me like a fork from a track bike also - little blade curve and round blades. Also, looks like the bearing fit is kaputt. Someone has already staked the fit area to help secure a bearing race.

Agreed. If you're planning on a repaint, build up the race seat with brass and re-mill it to 26.4mm.

round blades, but drilled for a brake. I'd call that a "road/path" fork from a British frame. Might be something from Ron Kitching's Milremo line which generally were made by Bocama.
