just 3 posts and I'm drooling. wow. That laser with the integrated stem has to be the smoothest bike ever to see the light of day.

Here's a crap cell phone shot of my early 60s SC. Since then, I've switched the brakes to Universal 61s. It sports a fairly poor repaint that was performed at least 35 years ago, according to the previous owner. So, it least it's semi-period correct repaint :)

Not fair. How are we supposed to compete with that? |
|
One wonders how a brand or frame that's been made for pretty much 40 years gets so rare.
I don't mean the pista, maybe, but isn't the SC one of the longest running production runs in bikes? Outside of China, maybe? |

Cinelli made the bulk of their sales with handlebars, stems and lugs that they sold to other builders, so kept their output of bikes to a minimum as to not upset the builders. If you were a builder would you buy parts from your competition?

Did you know that Cino loaned money to Tullio so that Campy will be here today!

So many beauties in this thread, but this one takes my breath away. I've only seen this color scheme once before on a Cinelli in Bayern. Any special story with this scheme? |
