I'm just sharing a few pics of my 1984 Lino Messori with paint done by Joe Bell. The project is actually much farther along than the pics show. It will a 7 speed Campy SR gruppo with Cinelli bars and stem, Brooks Swift saddle and Mavic Open Pros. Everything is NOS and it will be a museum quality rider! Yes it will be ridden, but only on clean dry roads and in good conditions. I'll share more pics later.

Lino Messori was another racer turned builder who didn't have as much success as others. His bike building philosphy is quite interesting and I am learning as much as I can. I hope to post a more complete profile of him as a builder sometime soon. Here are some interesting pics of Lino Messori along with with Dario Pegoretti and one of Messori's old bikes. Two master builders and legends of the sport! This bike was an ebay purchase that I took a chance on and I have not regretted it. More to come soon!
