Anyone care to comment on the dating and Columbus "tretubi" tubing on this Bianchi on eBay with a serial number of 1D on one side of the seat tube and 251 on the other side of the seat tube?

I agree the over the BB cable routing, nutted rear brake, atleast it appears that way, and the decal style something like a '83/4 Nouvo Racing or maybe Alloro. And 300+ does seem a bit steep.
Shipping is free? that makes a bit of a difference since you consider it will cost the seller $60 or more to ship it that makes the frame closer to $240ish maybe not a bad thing in that case.
