Wish me luck! (Superbe Pro content)
I recently won a late Superbe Pro RD and along with it came some compatible shifters. At least they were when new, and possibly will be again.
From what I can tell (thank you velobase) these are not the ultimate Superbe Pro shifters and may not handle 8 sp, but are very desirable as they will index with the two different spacings on Suntour freewheels, as well as working friction with everything.
Any advice on assembly is welcome...I expect it to be a trial but if I can skip a few errors, that would be great.

You're partially in luck, I have the left side shifter --
The brass piece has teeth that point into the shifter and the large washer is slightly concave. I'm not sure how to describe it, but the outer part of the washer touches the shifter while the inside lip does not.

Hey, Bill! The 'big washer' you describe is what I was thinking was a gasket, but it's definitely concave/convex. And the brass ring does have the little teeth on half the edge. As you can see the R side's guts are intact, held in by a circlip, which is good as I'm sure they are more complex. I think all I have to do is clean, polish, and put both sides onto the bosses following your pic.
Thanks!
BTW the shifters were part of the Sprint 9000 group.

Glad I could help! Yea, now that I think about it, the 'washer' probably is a gasket. It fits snugly around the brass ring. It is a great shifter and I love the feel of the ratcheting mechanism when shifting.
