Nishiki Modulus identification

I was wondering if anyone could help me identify the year of this Nishiki Modulus.

From what I can find it may be an '89 but I can't be sure. Was wondering is anyone had any info on this Nishiki Modulus.

Hello welcome to the forums! Nice looking bike can you tell us a bit more about it? What is the frame made of like what brand of steel. what are the components? Do I see Exage Sport?

I came across it on Cragislist and the guy selling it doesn't know much about it. I'm waiting to get a response back on what components are on it. I asked if anything was stamped on the bottom bracket and there was 'gj827615'

Not knowing the components would you say $100 is a far offer?

$100 seems fair, but try asking $80
