He's asking 40, nervex pro lugs, but looks like it will need a paint job. Looks like stronglight cranks? What do you think. Can anyone identify model or year based on the two poor pics?

I don't recognize the lugs as Nervex nor that crank as SL - It looks like an entry level hi-ten bike with steel bars, rims and cottered crank in need of a lot of TLC. But it's not a lot of money and it's ORANGE.

you are right I did not look so closely - the ends on down and cross tubes have no intricacy as would nervex, looks like an imitation that had me fooled. I had an email out awaiting response from seller awaiting info on the tubing and what those stickers say. I figured if it was nervex then it is probably quality reynolds tubing or something. Glad I checked here before making the drive to waste my time in person.
I don't even like orange.

Royce Onions are generally entry-level bike-boom 10 speeds. I inherited one back in the 70s. It was a workable ride. Took a lot of fiddling to keep it working. My first longish ride was on one. Died & sent me to the emergency room unsuccessfully jumping off a curb.

I remember those but mine was pearl white. almost everyone rode on back in the '70.
I don't know nervex pro nervous semi pro but that is a basic '70s bike boom machine with a cottered cran (don't know the name but i thin it is steel) steel bolt on wheels and I believe Thunderbird derailluers.
Unless you need it for transportation and are willing to sink some money into it I would pass. You can plainly see in the pics it needs tires.
