1961 Puch model identification

This bike was posted in a recent thread but we never found out what model this bike is. It is believed to be an early 60's puch bergmeiser, but it could be something else. Stripping the paint revealed a red and chrome original paint job with some yellow details.

"There's an oiler port on the bottom bracket, internal brake routing, The shifters, cable guide, and front derailleur are Campagnolo, Ava bars and stem, unknown crankset w/ Puch 61 bottom bracket, Weinmann vainqueur 999 brakeset, And more. The frame pump mount is on the downtube."

Any help?

It's still a Puch Bergmeister.
