It looks like as much work went into tht as in building a new frame. It couldnt have been cheap.

In a thread about the accident on another site, the owner says that waiting for a new frame from Richard would take years, and that while the repair isn't cheap, it's notably less than a new frame would cost. Besides, he says, he loves that frame.

The accident happened when he went around a blind curve to see two cyclists headed right for him on the wrong side of the road. As he swerved to the left to avoid them, one of the other cyclists veered right at the same time resulting in the collision.
