Hello. So this bike is for sale down the street from me, crappy pic from what i can tell it has internal routing for brake cables. Seems to have the chain stay chrome. Please help as the price is right.

can't ID it but the fork looks like it might be a generic uni-crown replacement...if it is, check the entire front for any sign of collision damage.
