It has Gios Torino transfers applied. Really could be anything, but not a Gios.

I need to read up more on the exact location of where your wheel needs to be, but it certainly needs to be further forward. Also it looks like your dropout is spread open too far which could explain why there is no screw.



What kind of brakes are these? **edit** OH they are blue(?) Galli? interested in a matching RD? Or some silver Universal Mod 77s?
