There were lots of dust caps for sale at the SF Expo/Bike Swap. In fact there was one table at the swap where a seller had something like 15 - 20 sets of used and NOS looking dustcaps for sale....
His prices were not that bad too at an average of 9 bucks a set........if you just happen to have a Sugino crankset, that is.
He had a set of no-name spun aluminum ones for 10 bucks that I should have grabbed, but I already spent 30 bucks just getting my nephew and me through the doors, so even that sounded too expensive...

On the pin hole Allloys you looking at $15-20 for the re-pops and $30+ on nice originals. I have actually brought cheaper thrift tore bikes just to strip like these.

I bought a couple of black plastic press fit caps for my Sugino AT. One already fell out. Good old genuine plastic.
