Lug Help.
I have a "Mitchell" which I have been told is another frame with a repaint by famous bike guy here called Soren,so am trying to identify the frame,it,s Ishawata 022 steel with lugs with two circle cutouts, anyone know which make used these lugs ? (someone plz tell me I have a "Holy Grail").

Sorry if I have repeated myself but the not knowing is driving me crazy,I,m no closer to finding the builder now than I was a year ago,and TY onespeed for showing the link https://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...For-no-reason- my pics are in my desktop PC and its not working atm, am on my laptop,maybe I will never know !
