Lug Help.
I have a "Mitchell" which I have been told is another frame with a repaint by famous bike guy here called Soren,so am trying to identify the frame,it,s Ishawata 022 steel with lugs with two circle cutouts, anyone know which make used these lugs ? (someone plz tell me I have a "Holy Grail").

It would be much easier if you could post a few good photos / close ups.....
