Mmmmm... Now if I could just find an early 80's (I forget which year, but the one with the chrome head lugs) Specialissima or Superlegerra in my size... And I worked for a Bianchi dealer that year!

Nice stuff, but that stand that looks like a twisted folding lawn-chair frame caught my eye

They are all too small for to ride... so it would be a doomed romance from the begining.

I think those are aEuropean thing, I don't recall seeing any back in the late '80s. I was taking some time away from watching kitten videos to look for it and came across this neat little item.

From: Hervey Bay, Qld, Australia.

Bikes: Colnago (82, 85, 89, 90, 91, 96, 03), 85 Cinelli, 90 Rossin, 83 Alan, 82 Bianchi, 78 Fountain, 2 x Pinarello, Malvern Star (37), Hillman (70's), 80's Beretto Lo-Pro Track, 80's Kenevans Lo-Pro, Columbus Max (95), DeGrandi (80's) Track.

I think that answers the question as to why so few are to be found - bianchiboyy has cornered the market.

Great collection - thanks for showing us.
