Thinking of purchasing a Centurion Lemans Super
I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on this Centurion Lemans Super. Off-hand, can anyone tell what model year this might be from? (I'm thinking 1975 from comparing photographs online, but I'm not positive.)
Any general thoughts on this model? Anything that I should be watching out for mechanically?

Bikes: '77 Centurion "Pro Tour"; '67 Carlton "The Flyer"; 1984 Ross MTB (stored at parents' house)
I think maybe a little bit later, '76 - '78 or so. Either way, it looks to be in good shape, and a pretty small frame size.

The 70's are blurry to me, for more reasons than limited info on bikes.
Turkey levers = mid-late 70's.
Script logo = defintitely 70's.
Otherwise, check on the components.
They'll be a pretty clear indication of the time frame.

Earlier than '76 based on the lettering. I had a 1976 Super LeMans - it had different DT graphics. Cool looking bikes and not terribly common, but kind of a boat anchor on the whole, in case that is relevant.

Compared to what I have been riding, I suspect a literal boat anchor would probably be a tad lighter than what I'm used to.
