Watching YouTube. Apparently Annie digs Donnie Iris - she sat and stared through the whole video, her head moving to follow the singer. She's never done that before. Then too, 'Ah Leah' is a good song,

I have a big rounded Japanese Maple like that in my front yard. When the leaves change color, I put a set of giant googly eyes on it one year and named it Snuffleufagus since it's the same color.

Wife's childhood cat…

…tiffany, who was still with her when we married.
Next up is Precious, the foundling we rescued shortly after Tiffany departed.

Just watched Fredrick March as Mark Twain (1944). Lots of cats in the film. Twain is like the anti-pope gregory nbr9.

been keeping Reggie in the past 6 months or so. I suspect a neighbor has been using a rodent poison so we want to protect him for the rest of his natural life. he's been fine with that, at 16 he really likes napping. yesterday tho I couldn't resist letting him out under supervision. he was a good boy & let me carry him back in

outside he lurked around & eventually found a sunny spot on the side of our house & feasted on some grass. he just wouldn't stop munching & fearing stomach upset I brought him in. not long after I heard the most horrendous howling, then as expected I heard him bringing it all back up. cleaned it up & he was meowing for snacks again. lol he's perfectly fine

I know that howling. I don't think they like puking any more than we like cleaning it up.

Mr. Simms sure is a cutie!

Keep in mind he may be there just for a warm place to enjoy a bit of a nap

Adorable. My daughter's cat Finley used to do that when I read the paper. Since then we stopped purchasing the paper and Finley died from feline leukemia (even though the shelter said he was vaxxed against it) He is sorely missed!

My cat, Oswald "Ozzie" likes to lay next to my arm when I use the mouse. Cats can't stay away from mice it seems.

How sweet is that. Take that those who don't think cats are affectionate!

Annabelle activated her Halloween eyes while lying on me as usual during my morning caffeine session. Well, that or I need to learn to properly use the new phone. The old gal just turned 16, she's getting there.
