Got an ID on this frame?

I saw this frame listed on craigslist. I know some of you guys are really good at IDing frames. So, what is this guy? It does have forged drops, so it is/was probably a good frame.

Peugeot bike frame - $25 (NW Portland)

Not sure what model it is...the paint's been stripped off of the frame. It has the original bottom bracket on it still. It's a smaller frame.

In good condition, minus some surface rust. Forged drop-outs. Comes with fork.

$25.00 or best offer.

Bikes: Many

to begin guessing, we would need the size of the seat post.

Bikes: blue ones.

I think it's internally brazed, so late 80's/begin 90's. Google Peugeot catalogs, there's a great site with many of them from that period. I think the fork is a slightly later style (judging by the decal), so assuming it belongs to the frame I'd start searching in 1990 and work from there.

Definitely internally brazed, as previously suggested. Downtube cable stops for stem shifters in conjunction with dropout eyelets and single set of water bottle bosses makes it an entry evel model. I can't see top tube cable tunnels and am not sure if that is a cable stop under the chainstay or a blemish on the wall. Maybe somebody was in the middle of drewing for a fixie/ss conversion? Regardless, it looks like a mid-1980s Carbolite frame from the P4/P6/P8 family. These models all used the same basic frame with varying components. However, if the forks are OEM, I'd say a 1984 P8 is the best candidate.
