I'm reasonably sure it will fit with some patience and persuation.

Gentlemen, Having inquired earlier about a date of my Raleigh Technium Team. After some research on the internet I found a German language brochure for 1991 Raleigh line. In it it lists three Technium lines; the Team, the Competition, and the Pro in descending order of Shimano groups. It has a picture of my Team on its glorious white paint job. Thanks for sending me searching for the answers.

This is the Scott Tinley (assuming the paint is original) model Tri-Lite. I have (or my son in law now has) the light blue (teal?) and gray Tri-Lite that I rode in my first and second century rides years ago. It rattled like a percussion instrument at 55 mph on a downhill, but was otherwise a good ride.
