Francesco de Fano, Cicli Bari, ID of vintage Italian frame

Hi guys, I know that there are a lot of experts who know very much about vintage Italian bikes, so I would be very grateful if anybody could help me in identification of my frame.
It is an Italian frame probably from 1950-60's. I got it for free with original fork, but I haven't take the photos of fork yet.
The frame is very interesting for me, it has some very nice details and I think it was higher end frame in that time. Dimensions are a little bit strange, 520 ST, 570 TT and 155 HT. It is ladies frame, but I think it would be great for man as a city bike.
I don't know anything about tubeset, later I'll try to find out what is the diameter of seatpost.
The only names on it are "Francesco di Fano"(Italian cyclist from 1930's) and "Cicli Bari" on the headbadge.
Here are the photos.
It is repainted by unprofessional, but the headbadge is in great condition and there are not signs of rust on it. It also seems to be straight, I'll check the fork later.
Also, the lugwork is really nice and I bealive it can help in ID.

Really, I can't find anything about Francesco de Fano bicycles on the net. Has anybody ever heard for it?
Francesco de Fano was a cyclist who wasn't so good to be remebered, his best results in Giro are 47 and 50th place. Why would some bicycle brand dedicate their model to a cyclist like him? Maybe he owned his own brand?
My frameset has Gnutti BB and interesting internal cable routing for that time (after researching, I believe it is from 1950s)
Here are new photos, with the fork and the original fender with really interesting paintwork and "Francesco de Fano" decal.

Girardengo, almost identical to my frameset. I believe it has some conection with Girardengo, the headbadge is very similar to this one(https://www.classicrendezvous.com/ima.../headbadge.jpg)
Also, Constante Girardengo and Francesco de Fano were riding at the same time(1920s-1930s) at Giro
