Bikes: Two wheeled ones

Cinelli for your consideration

Well - it's (mostly) done. I need a more appropriate bottle cage and a Silca, but otherwise, it came out nicely. I'm thinking of putting green fill into the windows that would match the fenders - would I be marring original condition by doing so?

Big thanks to VJP for making this happen, CDM for his advice and jervine, who I still owe a rim.

Bikes: blue ones.

Whoah, hello beautiful!

No infills please, it's too hard to match and it looks fine as-is.

Oh baby. I've been waiting for this one with great anticipation. What year is it? 73 I presume. While I think those fenders are about as cool as it gets, they do sort of clash, just a bit, with the rest of the bike, for me. But that's a minor quibble. If it were mine, I would never add any paint infill, though I can see the temptation to tie the whole thing together. I wonder if there is a medium that could be used that would be 100% reversible.

GREAT bike, Aaron.

Those are the first pantographed Cinelli fenders I have ever seen. You have (another) beautiful bike.

73'

They actually look better with the bike in person, the photos don't really do it justice.

Aaron, I have a REG "erector set" bottle cage if you can use it. Not exactly a pristine example, and perhaps a bit earlier time frame than that bike, but might look better than that one.

What a bike. I'm envious.

Yeah, and you might be able to find an exact match, that stuff comes in so many colors. But, it does require acetone to remove, does it not? Or is that old tech?

Bikes: '64 Bianchi CDM, '62ish Altenburger Cinelli Mod B, '63-64 Cinelli SC, 69 Rene Herse Competition, '71 Gitane SC, '73 Cinelli SC, '73-74 Colnago Super,, '73-74 Cinelli SC, '78ish counterfeit Confente, '82 Medici Gran Turismo, '67ish Mondia Speciale

Man, you might as well just retire from the C and V hobby. If that isn't self-actualization, I don't know what is

Let us know what size Silca you need. I might have one in the stash.

What would be right for that year bike? TA Criterium?

What Italian cage was the choice during this time period? I'm drawing a blank.

Bikes: 1986 Alan Record Carbonio, 1985 Vitus Plus Carbone 7, 1984 Peugeot PSV, 1972 Line Seeker, 1986(est.) Medici Aerodynamic (Project), 1985(est.) Peugeot PY10FC

Such a beautiful classic! I wouldn't add the paint on the lug windows myself on such a bike, but using a non-permanent paint might work out if you really want to....
BTW, what's with the odd "drillium"(?) on the seatpost??

nice. All the way from Ace cycle in Vancouver. I picked up a bike this summer with that shop decal. One of the coolest.

Simply ride it as is, or paint a Silca to match the fenders.
Cinelli fenders are too hard to find to worry about color.

Yup - looks beautiful as-is, but if you want to go OCD on the lug windows, pick up some Tamiya acrylic paint from your local hobby store - if you want to remove it at a later date, it'll be much easier to do vice enamel.

Lovely addition to the stable

That is a capital idea.

Those fenders are the coolest thing I've seen on here in a while.
Are the stays adjustable for trimming the fender line, Aaron?
Doesn't quite look like it.
