Help, im purchasing this tonight and not sure if worth it. Help with year or any info

By the picture it looks like a late 80's chrome scwhinn letter and font, it has down tube shifters.
the posting states that the bike has been in storage ( the guy purchased the storage unit and it was inthere )

i have looked at the 80's schwinn online catalogs but cant find the color scheme --* that 3 paint set up blue/ white /blue
any help is welcomed.

I Got it for $25.00 and its mint. i was hopeful that it was a super sport but for the price. i will take it. thanks.

Yep i had to beg the guy to sell it because he had tons of calls on it. I ride a repainted 88 super sport and been looking for the original look.
im thinking about transferring component to this one. 54cm super sport and my other bike is Carbon Scott cr1 pro (collecting dust ) that is 52cm so this may fit me better. main use is for rides with my kids and work commute.

If its smaller or bigger will open it up for sale/trade here or ebay.
