I don't know what's with the local vintage market but these sellers have high hopes.

Bikes: Current 79 Nishiki Custum Sport, Jeunet 620, notable previous bikes P.K. Ripper loop tail, Kawahara Laser Lite, Paramount Track full chrome, Raliegh Internatioanl, Motobecan Super Mirage. 59 Crown royak 3 speed

Well this is likely not the place to ask if you should buy another cool bike or two. But I will say stop right now you just can't be serious about the Nishki. This bike is a total disiaster yes it is likely a Professional or Iternational but stop don't buy.
As for the PUG just no, needs tune up more like it needs everything plus it's a ugly AO-8.

The Nishiki is just the canvas for some mind blown art. As we all should know, original artworks increase exponentially in value after the artist gives up on living and joins the corpses. If the artist that poured their tortured heart and soul into that abstract masterpiece is pushing up daisies, I would not be surprised to see this bike fetch nearly $6.38 at auction.

I think this poor bike may be salvaged. But not the artist.
