Found this in a box of assorted bicycle parts at Trexlertown a couple of weeks ago. Neither the seller or myself know what it was used for or even if it’s bicycle related. Box had among other miscellany a cottered crank set. Any guesses?

some kind or seal or bearing puller would be my guess.

Should have included this in the OP....13 inches long, hook about 4.5, and no markings of any kind

I've come back to this a few times and thought about it. I don't think it is a bike tool. But it would be a brooks rivet puller.

Well my guess is it a saddle stecher designed for horse saddles that could be used for leather brooks styles bike saddles.

I'm guessing a headset puller, as well.
