Looks like he had only 1 drill bit, so he drilled fully at the bottom and half-way at the top to get a smaller hole.

Edit: now I see 2 different dia holes at the bottom, maybe he broke the smaller bit at some point?

It is funny reading his feedback.
People complaining because their nazi boots aren't real leather or broke when they tried them on.

Well now you have made quite the conundrum.

I don't like any sort of commerce related to nazi crap. But I do like the idea of this guy burning people buying nazi crap.

It would be perfect if somehow both the buyer and seller got screwed.
