Pretty bizarre game. Seattle offense could have gone scoreless and Seattle still wins 16-8.

Interesting, Colorado and Seattle legalizing MJ, it's:
"Like dude, we won. I think it was football, some kind of bird, man. Whatever. Pass that here. Thanks man. Like, dude, we won. Yeah, everybody's happy. You gonna hold that or what, man? Wow, we won. I'm up with that. Are you hungry, man? Let's go out. Yeah, lot of people out here, something must have happened, cool. Oh, yeah, we won. Cool."

4th straight year a former ECU player has won a Super Bowl ring. Nice small school....no respect.

The answer in athletics is ALWAYS the same-PEDS.
Why can't a DB be big and fast? The best WR's, Jerry Rice and Randy Moss were both tall and fast. And Richard Sherman and Cam Chanceller are larger than normal for their size but the others DB's not so much. Seattle "suddenly" discovered how to think outside the box... instead of thinking a QB has to be 6'-4" they get Wilson in the 3rd round. Instead of thinking DB's have to be 5'-10", they get Sherman and Chanceller both in the 5th round.

To imply that Seattle is doping and no one else is is as ridiculous as thinking only N.O. trys to take players out of the game!

As far as I'm concerned it's all about pushing, scoring and passing anyway. What was this bowl again?

I never implied everyone else isn't doping-
and I didn't imply Seattle was- I flat said they were.
Heck Sherman and 4 others were "busted"-for just that-(probably amphetamines-not anabolic agents)
Thinking that Seattle "suddenly" is thinking outside box-is laughable-
like they suddenly tumbled to the fact that BIG TALL FAST AND AGILE is good- and no one else KNEW that?

Normally NFL teams try to out scheme one another-
Not Seattle-they are bigger stronger faster more agile-
and you think they are THAT much more clever at drafting and developing players?
Rest of the NFL are idiots?

Time and time again
rooskie weight lifters
East German EVERYTHING
Chinese distance runners
Chinese female swimmers
Dara Torres (41 yo olympic sprint medalist(husband MD- endocrinologist- even research endocrinologist)
Usain Bolt-6" taller than the average of other "fastest men in the world"

Seattle-noticably BIGGER FASTER STRONGER PHYSICALLY than the best football players in the world??
Why?
Same reason the East German athletes were

I just view these things from a probability perspective-Bolt Torres Bonds Clemmons they were fliers-waaay outside the norm
Just like Seattle being PHYSICALLY much better than other pro football players-so much better they don't have to scheme their way to wins
It is sooooo obvious- seen it all before(and they have been caught too)

Jerry Rice was slow for a wide receiver-4.6 or so.
Randy Moss was greased lightening- combine 40 was probably 4.32 or so-really really really fast
Richard Sherman was a good college hurdler-so he is fast-his combine 40 was a slowish 4.5 or so but he was faster than that-off day maybe

Seattle's big DB aren't just tall big strong and fast-they are agile( which to some extent is a function of muscle power-since it implies change in direction)-the agility aspect is the WHY can't you make good big receivers into DBs
-answer is USUALLY big tall guys usually don't change direction as well-as somewhat shorter guys do-
and that is why NFL DBs fall into a range 5-10 6-1 or so
and when one team suddenly manages to make BIG TALL GUYS move like shorter guys-
GOTTA wonder HOW
Same way the East Germans and Chinese athletes-and Jamaican sprinters became WORLD BEATERS-
Good Drugs!

LOL. DD, I got some of that Purple Arrow today, which is Hindu Kush crossed with Purple Afghani. I'm still early in the testing, but this is among the best I've tried, so far. A very potent pain med, but non-couch-locking, they say. It's nearly 4:20 now, so I might as well continue the testing.

Good Drugs!
Mike Haynes - Hall of Fame 6'-2"
Kenny Easley - Four time All-Pro 6'-3"
Yeah, tall guys have never been able to play DB!

But hey, if your fantasy that Seattle has found some magical, mystical drug that makes them faster and stronger, that no other team can find, makes your teams loss' to Seattle go down a little easier... .

This is funny. So the Seattle Seahawks have the best drug program in the NFL and that is why they are the best?

Bring on the USADA!

The drug accusations don't bother me - just like the complaining that we didn't know how to celebrate by rioting in our streets. I know my city and that's just not the way we are.

Besides, what drug makes a person more agile? Catnip?

I smoked catnip once. It had no effect on me.

What were we talking about?

Oh yea, nice job Seattle, that defense was incredible the way they covered receivers.

So by the logic presented here, any anomalous performance by a larger than average or older person is the result of PEDs.

Therefore the 102 year old that set the hour record is on PEDs.

PCP, I'm told, makes one more agile than one would care to be.

Seahawks? I thought that was USC of the PNW.

SB 2014 reminds me of the January 2005 championship game when USC put a total and complete beat down on Oklahoma. Even the margin of victory was almost identical: USC 55 - OU 19; Seahawks 46 - Broncos 8.

Go Seahawks!
