Old(ish) italian frame identification help please

So this is the object of mistery I need help with. The only thing i figured out that is italian..The parts that it came with were a mix of new and old (90s Campagnolo rear deraileur but a Fratelli Brivio 50s rear hub etc.). Any ideas on year and/or manufacturer? Thank you!

Bikes: Yes, please.

Early to mid-seventies, I'd say, based on the braze-on for the lock. They were en vogue for only a short period of time, mainly because the amount of protection those locks offered was close to none.

Nice posh city bike frame, BTW. I'd like one in my size.

lugs, ends and shell are agrati. appears someone has fitted a verot bb. plate style bridges mark it as a base model.

somewhat reminiscent of garlatti/velocina (not asserting an identification).

wonder if name an actual manufacturer or if a contract build; would tend to suspect the latter.

Bikes: Current 79 Nishiki Custum Sport, Jeunet 620, notable previous bikes P.K. Ripper loop tail, Kawahara Laser Lite, Paramount Track full chrome, Raliegh Internatioanl, Motobecan Super Mirage. 59 Crown royak 3 speed

Based on limited pics looks like a fairly nice Euro commuter frame likely setup with a basic 1x5 or 3speed originally with fenders chain guard light's stock and frame pump basic tool kit seat hanger type. So half the bike is gone frome a collectors point.
