Need help identifying
Can anyone help identifying a year or how much it's worth? It was my dad's for years and don't intend to sell but maybe restore.

Unfortunately, It's worth about its weight in scrap. These were never high quality bicycles and a couple decades of neglect doesn't do them any favors.
That said, if there's a sentimental reason to restore and ride it (sure sounds like there is) then it'll probably ride pretty nice on new rubber with everything spinning like it should.
