Export Map My Ride Data

Does anyone know of a way to export the Map My Ride data so that it can be uploaded to other services like Strava or My Tracks? I’ve tried the converter which I found my searching however both provide me with errors and cannot be loaded due to the lack of a time stamp. Is there anything else I could do?

On a side note I previously liked the Map My Ride app with its versatility however not ‘owning’ the data is a real turn off. Thanks for the help.

Use Strava. If you can get into the filesystem of your device, look for .gxp files, pull the ones out you want, then use the upload manually option on Strava.com.

Oh I plan to now and have been I just want to get my old data from Map My Ride to Strava. All of the recording was done on an old device so all I have to work with is the PC/Website.

So did you have a question? Do you know how to get the .gxp files off the device? I'm pretty sure this is doable the way I explained above.

I no longer have the device I used for tracking with Map My Ride, I just have the website to work from. So yes my question is how to do it from the website?

Ah. I have no idea. I would email customer support and see if they can help you. (which I know they can it's just a matter of whether they want to or not)

I've sent them an email, apparently its available if I upgrade my account to MVP but since I no longer want an account that doesn't seem logical. I'll update when/if I hear back from them. Thanks!

As I expected customer service was no help, if you are a paid member you can download your route as a csv but it still will not have time data. What a joke. I've deactivated my account either way, just thought I would report my findings.
