New 2014 Della Santa

I don't post here too much, but though people might like to see my new 2014 Della Santa. This is my 2nd one, I have another one that is 35 years old and I just had Roland freshen it up and while he was at it, decided to have him take measurements for a new one. Well, 8 weeks later here it is..super happy. It's built with the heavier Deda tubing and accelerates as well as my new Felt FC carbon bike. Amazing ride and the weight turned out pretty darn good too....

edit-first pic is of the 35+ year old DS....

Wow!
(Think the rumor of an upcoming LeMond steel ride will be made by Santa? Now that would be the ticket!)

Bikes: Cheltenham-Pedersen racer, Boulder F/S Paris-Roubaix, Varsity racer, '52 Christophe, '62 Continental, '92 Merckx, '75 Limongi, '76 Presto, '72 Gitane SC, '71 Schwinn SS, etc.

The weight is within a couple of ounces of my full-carbon Orbea Orca from 2004/2005 with Ksyriums and full Dura-Ace. A wicked steel weapon there!

Agreed.

Such beautiful bicycles. I'd really like to try one for a week. Anyone near Minnesota with a 58 cm tt Della Santa that would like to swap bikes for a week?

I can find something cool for you to ride, I am certain.

Bikes: Bikes??? Thought this was social media?!?

Please. What is the fork?

I like the 'wicked weapon' comment.
I know carbon is all the trend but so nice to see contemporary steel frames look competitive. Wonderful machine.
