Veloce or Record crankset?

Hey there dear bike lover!
I'm in a little dillema here. I ride a nice ALAN from 83, singlespeedized (not fixed). I use it every day to commute but also to train, it rides very smoothly and it's mega light, just 8Kg. The thing is, i don't have much budget and i would like to replace the ranckset, because it's slightly croocked and because i want a Campi. I have on my bike late 90' Veloce brakes, which i know are low end but i do like them very much, the look nice and they brake very good.
Here the brakes:

So i found a couple of cranksets on the net, quite cheap but i don't know whats more addecuated, to go for the old 80' look of the Record, with the nice details, logo engraved, etc etc, OR the exact matching Veloce crankset for my brakes, which i also found online and for just 40€.
What would you guys do? Go for the nic look of the old one or a nice matching group?
Thanks a lot!

and her the ALAN:

Realistically, only you will notice what kind of crank is on your bike. If the functionality and condition of the two cranks are equally good and you don't really favor one over the other you can flip a coin. There is no wrong decision here.

Those Veloce brakes you have are pretty much the same as late 80's 1st generation "monoplanar" Chorus brakes which are highly prized by collectors, so there is nothing low end about them.

FWIW, my wife and I each have a mixed Campy bike that are set up just the way we like them and they are beautiful to our eyes.

Good luck!

Sced, that is a very wise reply! Thanks a lot! I think i'll go for the Veloce cause it actually looks like it has been in good hands and it's in a very good shape! Thanks a lot!

Veloce or Record crankset?

What do you mean by the crank is slightly crooked? You're sure it's the crank?

Sorry, yeah, i actually don't know if it's the chainwheel or the crankarm but its slightly bent. You can feel it cause in one possition the chain is nicelly tight and loose enough but when you turn it and it's super tight. A friend of mine, owner of a very high enshop here in Berlin, told me, just be seeing it from a meter away that the crankset is bent but it's not terrible so i woldn't have to replace it right now, so i didn't ask if it was the wheel or the arm. But anyways, as a new bike project i'd like to replace the whole crankset, i never did it before so it's a good chance to do it!

Veloce or Record crankset?

I would think it's more likely to be the bottom bracket. It could even be that all you need is to re-install it. Aluminum cranks don't bent.

Could you post a picture?
