So the sticker under the seat cluster will tell you the basics of the frame. What more do you want to know? It looks like a quality frame.

Hi Brian, welcome to the forums.
I got a Sirocco as well, with Reynolds 653 tubing. They come from Hoogerheide, The Netherlands and built by Jacques van de Klundert.
Yours is probably a high end Columbus steel bike (TSX?), from the early 90's.
