Fun video. I've made my decision and its steel.
Good things in CF out there of course but i don't see myself paying that kind of money ever.
I got a friend into cycling on a vintage bike and after riding for a year or two, upgrading a few wear items and crashing a few times he got all new stuff.
Spent $2000 on a bike, $700 on shoes, etc etc... Still rides the same.
I'll never understand the reluctance to spend "another $20 on the vintage bike" for a chain or cassette, but then freely let $3000 fly on a brand new entry level bike.

I didn't point out that his new bike is heavier and has lower end components than his vintage.
