Brake reach problem

Brake reach problem
I am building up a 1983 Motobecane Super Mirage frame and fork.
Brakes are being a challenge as the front needs 62mm reach, back is 55mm.
Tektro makes the 559 which has the reach but is for wide tires/rims, I am using nominal 19.5mm wide (700c) rims.
I would like to avoid using centerpulls for the added hardware that must hang from the seatpost bolt and head top bearing area and because newer dual-pivots probably work better.
Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

Why do you consider the 559 unsuitable? Appearance? Functionality? So what if they say they are for wider rims/tires. They should still work.

i used the 539/559 combination on a couple 700c conversions where i could use the shorter caliper on the front, and the longer model on the rear. they don't look exactly period correct, but they do perform wonderfully.
